Collect Friday pretzel pogs from catering right away. Record count (for check back against billing) Remind staff of eating and drinking as needed. (Katrina will come around to do drink wristbands, don't go to front gate) AM: check for any rain damage and raise tents, check tech iPads charged and to lemonade stand Replenish any depleted materials for ensemble contest End of evening: lower tents, secure weights, all tech (ipads, check charge) and check truck and trailer are secure.
